Dumplings pinched by hand

You can watch them fold the dumplings right there. The pork and napa ones are juicy and the veggie ones in spicy sauce are so good. They even bring a free pot of tea when you dine in.

Tiny spot, huge flavor

The scallion pancake is flaky and crispy and the whole family runs the place with so much care. Small menu, everything on it is done right. My go-to in Chinatown.
